No. The fabric is lined through the bodice and fully opaque in the skirt. You won't need a slip.

I'm petite — will it drag on the ground?
The length is designed to just graze the ankle on most heights between 5'3" and 5'7". If you're under 5'2", expect a slight pool at the foot.

Can I machine wash it?
Yes. Machine wash cold with like colors, hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
